Ask-Act-Advise-Adjust

One key learning I had in the Wealth Circle of Bro Bo Sanchez last Jan 5, 2013 is about the Steps Towards Successful Business. That is to Ask-Act-Advise-Adjust.

Last week, in our first meeting for the year we have defined our Goals for 2013. That is our Ask activity. So today let us continue with the Act.

When we act on what we ask we can achieve. If we simply ask but do not act nothing can be accomplished. In our IMG Business, our System Builder is very clear what actions we need to take. Prospecting , Inviting/Contacting Presenting (BPM/BMP), Hiring Interview, Field Training, Building, Coaching.

Our action must be always aligned to the essence of the System. Actions must be persistent and relentless. We need to act deliberately. Align your actions to what you ask- the goals you set.

Then always link up with a coach/trainer. Seek Advise. Seek wisdom from the experts and from reality. Update and upgrade your skills. Be Coachable. Be a student of the system. Get advise also from "reality". What is your current performance vs goals? What does your team look like? How many are in your team? How many are active? Why is it so? What is the good thing you need to continue to do, and what do you need to change for better. Meet your team and actively pursue advise of those who are doing good. Be open to feedback. They are your unsolicited advise on this business. Attend seminars inside and outside IMG. Attend conventions, team meetings regularly. Do not miss any learning opportunies like IMG Convnetions and our Team Meetings. Absorb as much as you can from those who is ahead of you and has achieved what you want to achieve. Read books. Read the System Builder book cover to cover over and over. Read Bro Bo"s books on Financial Literacy from 8 Secrets of Truly Rich to all other books. Take each learning activity as wisdom sucking activity from the wise. Attend The Feast, Kerygma Conference. Attend Bro Bo's Seminars to Upgrade your skills.

Finally, we need to make sure we keep doing what makes us achieve great results more vigorously and Adjust what we need to. " Marry our Purpose, and Hire Our Strategy". Always go back to our purpose. Why are we doing IMG Mission? What is our purpose? But we must be willing to fire out strategies that does not work. We must be willing to update and upgrade. OHP /Acetate presentation , Flip-chart presentation are effective in the past, but there is something better. Relying on FB posting of Bro Bo works in the past, but we need to change our strategy. We have to strengthen out prospecting and inviting. We have to go back to the essence of BPM.

And as we busy ourselves accomplishing the goals we set for ourselves, let us always anchor our actions to our purpose. Go back to 1John 3:22-23 we do what we can do all for love and in love for our team, for our family, and for our business partner/ spouse!

Action Required:

1. Daily actions (schedules and activities) to meet my goals.
2.Set up schedules with my mentors. Block off schedules for my training.
3. What adjustments in Strategy will I take?
4. Commit to attend the Covention on SG, and regular Team Meetings.
