How to get there :
If you are going to the venue by taxi, please tell the driver to drop you off at the NEW taxi stand of Max Atria.
We would like to remind you to bring your IMG ID, plane ticket and print the Convention poster that is available in our website (www.img-corp.com) and make these accessible during your interview at the Philippine Immigration and Singapore Immigration. When asked, please state that the main purpose of the trip is to attend IMG Convention at Singapore Expo & Convention Center.

2. SECURITY & IMPORTANT REMINDERS
Since the Singapore Expo and Exhibiton Centre Hall doors will not open early and have strict security, we request that you and your team do not wait in line for more than 30 minutes before the scheduled session. This will allow your team to get some rest also. There will be enough seats for everyone.
OTHER IMPORTANT REMINDERS:
Below are important reminders that you need to discuss with your team before you arrive.
1) SINGAPORE 5-5-30 QUALIFIERS will have a designated registration table. Upon arrival, please locate it immediately for smooth and faster registration. Additionally, you will be required to present your valid ID upon registration.
2) There will be no on-site registration. We will be accepting payments until February 13, 2013. You may pay your registration fee in any IMG office near you or deposit it before the bank closes and send to us the proof of payment and registration form not later than February 13, 2013.
3) Any lost or broken ID will not be replaced and will require you to pay again the on-site registration fee.
4) STRICTLY NO FOOD AND DRINKS allowed inside the convention center except for the food ordered from them.
5) NO VIDEO OR AUDIO RECORDING allowed during the meeting. Anyone caught video or audio recording WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE PREMISES with no refund of the registration fee.
6) No bringing of children, no standing or hanging around the back or hallway of the meeting room during the event.
7) No advance seat reservation is allowed. No fighting for seats will be tolerated. Anyone involved will be removed immediately from the remainder of the event.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS:
We strongly encourage you to arrive and register on time as we are only given very limited dining time due to the very full reservation at this famous chili crab restaurant. Registration will close at 6pm. Latecomers may no longer be allowed to join the dinner so be ON TIME.
Secondly, you are required to bring your passport or ID for proper identification during registration. No ID, No Entry.
This dinner invitation is strictly non-transferable.
