I sincerely believe that a true leader is a good follower. He goes to the meetings and continually learns. He attends Seminars and Conventions to upgrade his Skills and Knowledge. More importantly he continually builds relationship with his team. A Servant Leader!
Servant Leaders show the way. They MODEL how to serve. And we are so blessed to have a President in the person of Dr. Joen Delas Penas who embodies the True Servant Leader. He Leads by example. He is a Great Follower of our Head Coach Xuan Nguyen.
Like the Good Shepherd, he is always there for his flock. He never abandons them! He always take care of them and seek those who are missing. He is always there to help fulfill the dreams of his followers.
Xuan Nguyen said and I paraphrase: A Leader who does not go to the meeting and convention kills the dreams of his followers.
Are we the Good Leader or the Killer Leader?
We will know by our actions.
I want to be remembered as the Good Leader! I want to stand proud of my Green Jacket! Of what it means and what it represents! I want to wake up and spring up from my bed everyday to help a family achieve their dreams. I want to help families achieve Financial Freedom! This I commit till my last breath. This is what I found as my Purpose in Life! To be a Servant Leader in TRM IMG!
