4S Updated: How To Build A Big Baseshop

I first wrote this Blog in 2012 as a Documentation of what we will institute to achieve our Goal of being CEO-MD : " Just concluded a Truly Rich Makers- IMG (International Marketing Group) Meeting: Operation Macau yesterday. Focus of our learning and planning session is 4S: Structure, Strategy, Schedule, System. Our main goal is to be able to map out how we will achieve in 30days our individual goals in our IMG Business. My personal goal is to be CEO-MD on or before September 5.... (A Special day for me... But that's not the intent of this blog)."  And we did achieve CEO MD, FVC and EVC in that same year!



We also have set this as the goal: "The intent of this blog is to share how we will help move to the next level our team mates in Truly Rich Makers Team. we will support Nancy and Manny Martin, Malou and Vener Torres, Malvin and Matin Leano, and Raquel and Joey Arellano who are our MDs-Marketing Directors, in their journey towards SMD- Senior Marketing Directors. Cristy and Randy Canete, Jerry and Anna Mae Udarbe who are FL to MDs, and all the other members of the Truly Rich to the next level....all on or before September5!" And all of them are either SMDs and EVC and CEO and Green Jackets!

Before we think of how to use the 4S in achieving our goals, we start by making sure we are clear as to what our goals are and that it is really something we desire. It should come from within. It should be a common goal between your trainer and yourself , but it definitely must be an internal desire. You need to have your compelling reason  why you want to achieve your goal. "Mas malalim na hugot, mas pursigido kang maabot ang iyong pangarap"  Once that is settled, then you may proceed to do the 4Ss.

Now, how will we achieve this goal? What will be our our tool?

This is what I have proven to work- 4S: Structure, Strategy, Schedule, and System.... Each one disctinct yet inseparable as they are interconnected.

STRUCTURE:We need to define our Structure. And in IMG Business, all we need to focus on is our first 3 Business Partners. We can do the business alone, but we can only have a big business if we have a big team.

Take a look at all businesses all around. It is made up of Organizational Structure. I worked for 28 years in many companies and held different positions and levels and had to make sure I have a solid organizational structure. We need to make sure we like the people we work with.

So, same with our IMG Business. Whom should you hire as your business associates? Of course, the people you are most comfortable with. People whom you would like to help. People whom you feel good about.

If you just started in the business of IMG, or you had been in the business but you have not been able to put up a team, draw your structure, check out the names you have listed. Then, check out your feelings if they join you already...If it feels really really good, it will happen (Power of Attraction), and if they are already in your team and you feel good, you have a very strong team.

What your mind can conceive, will materialize if you focus on it and it really is creating good feelings as it is done out of love for others and for God!

For those running for the higher levels, do the same, draw-up your structure and color code it for those who joined already as green and those you would like to be part of your team in red. Again,make sure the structure is simple and is built on MD club teams or 3:3 set up. MD Clubs are strong teams. Build on this simple structure.

STRATEGY: Our Business is simple and our Structure is simple. Just 3:3:30 and if you can do it in less than 7days, why not?...

And guess what? I also have three (3) things we need everyone to consider in our Strategy: 1.) first is to simply focus on our first three, 2.) then, make sure your first three gets supported and focus as well on their first three, and 3.) lastly, train your associates to be trainers as well.

The first three business associate you will have must be the result of your initial 5 top prospects Field Training. These 5 top prospects must be the results of screening at least 25 names on your prospect list. Get your first 3 business associates within 7 days for fast start and within 30 days for normal speed. Then, ensure you help out your first 3 to get also their first 3. If you have friends who would like to join you and you are already with complete 3 associates under you, get your recruit under your associates. Give it up to your associates so you help them get promoted as well. Do not go wide till you get to MD position.

To ensure that your associates can indeed help their associates to build their team, you need to train them to be trainers. Then this process is repeated over and over again.

Then work your way to become MD in IMG. Drive yourself to achieve 5:5:30 Structure. Then Pursue SMD by simply repeating the process with your  5 MD  to become MD too within 90 Days.

To hasten this process, you need team of trainers to help you out, thus it is important that you really spend time training your associates to be trainers. Because if you have a lot of trainers in your team, you can invite and present to more people per day. Consider this, it is better and much easier to have 1% of 100 people, than 100% of 1. Not developing trainers in our team and simply relying on ourselves as trainers is exactly our mistake before. We developed ourselves as trainers but failed to develop immediately our associates to be trainers. So we are not duplicated fast enough. Do not commit the same mistake. Create trainers. Develop trainers. Train the trainers, especially out there in the field.

To correct this mistake, we have developed training materials that is so simple,complete, and easy to present. So anyone can present. And, by the way, it is not necessary that you are a good speaker to be a trainer in IMG...no no no... you have to be a doer. In our company, all you have to do is to make sure you execute the concepts you have learned and you just share it with people. Diction, your education, your professional affiliations does not matter much, what matters is whether You Do What You Say!!!.. And training the trainers comes natural during FTS (Field Training). The purpose of FTS is to learn how to train and to earn. You earn while you learn. When you are the trainee you absorb as much as you can from your trainer and then you will pass this on to your trainee when your turn comes as the trainer. We are all expected to be able to train within our first 5 FTS. IMG further simplified this by embarking on a Membership Platform. Anyone who joins our company just need to share the IMG Membership Benefits to anyone. Either personally or through the internet.

SCHEDULE: What we put into our minds, and plan for won't happen unless we execute it. And to execute it based on a defined timeline is the best way to do it. This will give us a way to monitor progress of our plans and goals. Be aggressive with your plans.

In our case, we reset all our time and set up completion of our strategies and plans within 30 days. Then we break down by weeks and then days what should be the outcome.

So if you want to be an SMD in 30 days and you are starting from scratch ( zero, nothing), then you need to make sure you go for your MD Run then have or 5 MDs  . This means you and your team need to talk to 300 People in 30 Days or about 10 people per day and present to them the amazing IMG Membership Benefits. Of course, if you have developed your associates to be trainers, this tasks spreads and your efforts will compound. If you do not have a team, you will do it alone for 30 days.

Then ensure , you plug in the results of your daily activities into your structure chart and points monitoring worksheets (If you do not have this, will be willing to share this to you)...

Then, you,your coach and your team needs to monitor this closely and give feedback. It is imperative that the team you build Attend the team meetings for guidance and sharing of activities.

The last thing to do is to make sure we adhere to the SYSTEM. And in our SYSTEM, there are two things we need to maximize to grow big in this business. These are: 1.) Match-up, and 2.) Referrals... We must not limit ourselves to whom we can reach physically, but whom our team can reach all over the Philippines and all over the world. Do not depend just on yourself. Maximize your coverage through Match-ups and Referrals. Do the BAP- Business Acquisition Program for your referrals whom you will not be able to personally take care .

Follow the SYSTEM Flow, Prospect, Invite, Present, Close- Hiring Interview , FTS . Use the Checklist forms to prospect, use your FB shout-outs, be on the go! Daily activities. Create your Teams Chat Group. Link up your team to your TRM Heirarchy's FB Page.  Be relentless! Do it ON LINE maximizing the ue of DOMINATE TOOLS in your IMG Members Portal.

Finally, after executing the 4S, let's not forget that in everything we do, we must not rely only on our own strength and wisdom. We must seek always the divine guidance of our God and offer back to Him our plans. Do everything in the name of love for HIM who makes all things possible, and love to all the people we will bring into this business.
